| 摘 要： | 目的:建立黑老虎根药材薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对不同产地的黑老虎根药材进行定性鉴别。结果:以甲苯–乙酸乙酯(7∶3)为展开剂,色谱图斑点清晰,分离度好。结论:该研究可为黑老虎根药材质量控制提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a Thin- Layer Chromatography（ TLC） identification method for Radix Kadsura coccinea. Method TLC was used to qualitatively identify Radix Kadsura coccinea from different areas. Result The spot was clear and the separation was good by using toluene- ethyl acetate（ 7∶ 3） as the developing agent. Conclusion The study provides a basis for quality control of Radix Kadsura coccinea. |
