阶段性模块化教学在ICUI临床教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨阶段性模块化教学在ICU临床教学中应用的效果。方法:以临床实习教学大纲为基础,根据不同实习阶段护生的心理特点、学习需求以及专科实践培养目标,将教学内容按知识结构分解成多个模块并实施。结果:通过实施阶段性模块化教学,85.0%的护生认为阶段性模块化教学的课程设置能够满足护生的学习需求,71.6%的护生认为护理安全管理意识与能力得到提高,88.3%的护生认为自我防护意识提高。实施阶段性模块化教学前后,护生考核优秀率与达标率分别提高16.6%和11.7%。结论:阶段性模块化教学能够激发护生学习的主动性,提高护生的动手能力,拓宽护生的知识面,提高ICU临床教学质量。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effectiveness of periodic modular teaching in clinical teaching in the ICU, Methods: Teaching content was divided into several modules according to the structure of knowledge, clinical practice teaching outline, the psychologieal characteristics of the different stages of practice nursing students, and nursing students' learning needs and training objectives. Results: 85.0% of the nurses thought that the implementation of phase of the modular teaching could meet students' needs, 71.6% of students considered that their consciousness and ability of nursing safety management had been improved, and 88.3% of students thought it enhanced their self-protection awareness. After the implementation of clinical teaching periodic modular teaching, nursing students appraisal excellent rate and compliance rate was increased 16.6% and 11.7% respectively. Conclusion: The modular stage teaching can stimulate students' learning support initiative, improve students' practical ability, and broaden their knowledge, and improve the quality of clinical teaching in ICU.
