三级综合护理对脑梗死患者神经功能和抑郁情绪的影响

目的观察三级综合护理对脑梗死患者神经功能和抑郁情绪的有效性。方法选择100例急性脑梗死患者随机分为实验组与对照组各50例。实验组应用三级综合护理方案；对照组采用西医常规护理。病例纳入第4周、第12周应用神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）量表、抑郁状态问卷（DSI）进行评分。结果实验组在第12周的NIHSS评分低于对照组（P〈0．05），实验组治疗12周后DSI评分明显提高（P〈0．05）；对照组在第4周、12周DSI积分无变化（P〉0．05）。实验组与对照组比较，12周时实验组DSI评分高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论三级综合护理可改善脑梗死患者神经功能和抑郁情绪。

Effect of Third Integrated Care on Nerve Function and Depression of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of three integrated care for depression of cerebral infarc- tion. Methods： 100 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into experimental group （n=50） and control group （n=50）. The experimental group was given third integrated care programs while control group was given western conventional care. NIHSS score scale and depression status questionnaire score（DSI） were evaluat- ed in 4 th and 12 th week. Results： The neurological deficit score （NIHSS）： There were no differences in 4 th week of the two groups （P〉 0.05）. Scores in experimental group in 12th week were lower than those of control group （P〈 0.05）. DSI rating： After 12 weeks of treatment, scores in experimental group was significantly improved （P〈0.05） while scores of control group did not change （P〉0.05） in 4th and 12 th week. Compared with control group, DSI points in experimental group did not change in 4th week but in 12 th week, DSI points was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The third integrated care can improve nerve function and alleviate depression of patients with cerebral infarction.
