应用协同家属护理管理模式改善老年肺结核患者健康状况的实践

目的：探讨应用协同家属护理管理模式改善老年肺结核患者健康状况的效果。方法：选择在我科住院的老年肺结核患者115例为研究对象，分为实验组58例和对照组57例。对实验组实施协同家属护理管理，对照组实施常规护理干预。评价两组患者在干预前后健康促进生活方式、自我效能、生活质量等指标情况。结果：干预后实验组患者健康促进生活方式、自我效能、生活质量得分均高于干预前和对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：通过实施协同家属护理管理，增加了患者的自我效能，促进患者向健康的生活方式转变，提高了生活质量。

The effect of collaborative family nursing intervention on improving health status of the elderly patients with tuberculosis

Objective： To explore the effect of collaborative family nursing intervention on improving health status of the elderly patients with tuberculosis. Methods： Totally 115 elderly patients with tuberculosis were recruited and divided randomly into the study group （n=58） and the control group （n=57）. The study group had implemented management mode of collaborative family nursing intervention for six months, while the control group received routine nursing care. The patients of two groups were investigated of their health promoting lifestyle, self-efficacy, and quality of life before and after the intervention. Results： After the intervention, the scores of health promoting lifestyle, self-efficacy and quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those of control group and those before the intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Collaborative family nursing intervention could increase the patient＇s self-efficacy, promote the patients to healthy lifestyles, and improve their quality of life.
