经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死的护理效果

摘    要:目的:探讨急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)急性心肌梗死(AMI)的护理效果。方法:选取我院2012年1~10月收治的100例AMI患者,并对这些患者在15 h内进行直接PCI治疗及护理,共置入支架104枚,观察患者梗死相关动脉的再通率、住院病死率、心功能恢复等情况。结果:本组患者入院至梗死相关动脉开通平均时间为(41.8±13.6)min,进入导管室至梗死相关动脉开通时间为(17.7±2.1)min,梗死相关动脉达TIMIⅢ级血流为88%,术后患者胸痛及心电图相关导联ST段良好率达88%,心功能恢复良好率达95%。本组有3例发生并发症,其中1例患者因广泛前壁心肌梗死出现心脏破裂在入院后第3天死亡,2例术中出现恶性心律失常经及时治疗明显缓解。结论:PCI治疗与全程护理AMI具有及时、有效疏通血管,保证良好心肌供血的作用,并且能够最大程度地降低AMI病死率,值得在临床治疗及护理上推广应用。

Study on percutaneous coronary intervention nursing effects of acute myocardial infarction

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effects of nursing in the treatment with percutaneous coronary intervention of the patients who were diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods:100 patients with AMI were analyzed in this hospital from January 2012 to October 2012. They were underwent direct PCI treatment and placed 104 stents in 15 hours. Then,the doctor observed the relevant artery infarction and hospital mortality of the patients. Results:The patients admitted to infarct - related artery opening hours was ( 41. 8 ± 13. 6 ) min, into the cath lab to infarct - related artery opening hours was (17.7±2.1)min.T1M13 flow IR Arecanalization rate was 88%,and ECG recovered well.There was 3cases with complications,1 was died,2cases with malignant arrhythmias in intervention. Conclusion:With the help of PCI treatment and nursing AMI in the whole course,it can dredge blood vessel effectively and satisfy the ischemia of heart-muscle availably. In the same time,it can reduce the mortality of AMI at utmost. Therefore,It is worth to promote in clini-cal treatment and clinical nursing.
