| 摘 要： | 医院获得性压疮会延长患者住院时间、增加病死率和医疗费用，近年被视为严重的医院获得性不良事件，预防医院获得性压疮被纳入患者安全管理策略中。近年来，对医院获得性压疮的预防取得明显进展，本文综述医院获得性压疮的流行病学特征、原因分析和预防方法及效果研究，旨在为我国医院获得性压疮的预防和管理提供依据。

| Abstract: | Hospital-Acquired Pressure Ulcers （HAPU） will prolong length of stay, increase death rate and health care cost. HAPU is viewed as a serious nosocomial adverse event in recent years. Preventing HAPU is considered as a patient safety strategy around the world. New progress has been made in recent years. This review included articles about epidemiology, causes, preventing methods and intervention effects of HAPU in order to provide evidence-based data for HAPU prevention and management in our country. |
