| 摘 要： | 计算机辅助治疗、远程治疗、虚拟现实暴露疗法是计算机和网络心理治疗的三大特色。它们在治疗焦虑、抑郁、恐怖症、外伤后应激障碍、倦怠和工作压力以及其它障碍方面具有显著效果。本文还分析了计算机和网络心理治疗的前景及可能遇到的障碍。

| Abstract: | There are three approaches of psychological treatment based on computer and network: the computer assisting treatment, the interapy, and the virtual reality exposition therapy. They have remarkable effects on treating anxieties,depressions, phobia, post -traumatic stress, burn out and work stress as well as other obstacles. Finally,this article analyzes the psychological treatment based on computer and network of the prospects and potential obstacles. |
