绿茶末中茶多酚的微波辅助提取

摘    要:目的:研究在微波辐射下提取茶多酚的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交试验法对微波功率、微波辐射时间、乙醇体积分数、料液比等影响因素进行了研究。结果:绿茶末的微波辅助提取茶多酚的最佳工艺:微波功率为中高火,微波辐射时间为3min,乙醇体积分数为70%,料液比为1:15,茶多酚的收率为14.6%。结论:该提取工艺可有效提取绿茶末中的茶多酚。

Abstract:Objective: To study the optimum extraction of tea polyphenols from refuse green tea. Methods: The extraction rate of extractum the extraction amount of tea polyphenols were chosen as microwave power, the microwave radiation time, the ethyl alcohol volume fraction, the material fluid compared. Results: The optimum extraction technology was that using 70% ethanol, fluid ratio (1:15), tea polyphenol receives rate (14.6%) by 3 rain. Conclusion: The optimum extraction technology could extract the tea polyphenols efficiently from refuse green tea.
