| 摘 要： | 光敏性癫痫是目前最为常见的一种反射性癫痫。本文报道一例１９岁的男性病人，他患有伴有自发性发作的光敏性癫痫，其临床特征为强直性旋转性发作，癫痫发作时出现不同程度的意识障碍，脑电图显示为额叶阵发性放电，联合用药后发作显著减少。本文还讨论了光敏性癫痫的分类、发作时临床表现以及有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Photosensitive epilepsy is by far the commonest type of reflex epilepsy. A 19-year-old man who had photosensitivity associated with spontaneous seizures is reported in this paper. The clinical featrues included tonic verssive seizures, different impairments of consiounsness at different seizures,paroxymal discharges in frontal lobes in EEG recordings and significant reduction of seizures by combined drug therapy. The clasification,the clinical manifestations in seizures and effective treat ments of photosensitiye epilepsy are discussed. |
