| 摘 要： | 目的 研究晚期恶性肿瘤体外药敏测定的临床意义。方法 用MTT法检测了 38例胸腹水标本对几种常用化疗药物的敏感性。结果 不同个体之间对药物的敏感率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;单一药物的抑制率以DDP、ADM、EDR、CP、VP - 16较高。结论 用MTT法快速药敏选药可使化疗个体化 ,提高恶性肿瘤的治疗效果 ,延长患者生存期。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of invitroassay for detection the chemosensitivity of antineoplastic agents.Methods The chemosensitivity of several kinds of antineoplastic drug for 38 pleural and ascitic fluid samples with MTT-colorimtric method were measured. Results There were significant differences among different individuals (P<0.01),and inhibition rate of single drug was mainly on DDP?ADM?EDR?CP?VP-16 agents.Conclusion These results support that MTT-colorimetric method can be individualized for chemotherapy and increase the therapeutic effect of malignant tumor. |
