妊娠高血压综合征孕妇血压情况随访分析

目的评价患有妊娠高血压综合征及先兆子痫的孕妇3—8年高发病率。方法对本院2006年1月至2008年1月患有妊娠高血压或先兆子痫的孕妇进行临床分析，选择同期正常妊娠101例为对照，随访统计做回顾分析。结果随访49例，高血压发病率为18．37％，同对照组相比差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论对患有妊高征的孕妇产后需严密监护血压变化。

A long-term follow-up about the blood pressure of 49 cases with pregnancy-induced hypertension

Objective To assess the morbidyty of hypertension 3 -8 years after gestations in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension and pre-eclampsia. Methods A part of women with pregnancy-induced hypertension or preeclampsia, from January 2006 to January 2008 in our hospital, were followed up. The cases were analpzed retrospectively. Results Among 49 cases followed up, the morbidyty of hypertension was 18.37% ,and there was significant difference as compared with that in the contrlo group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion An intensified and carefuo follow-up about the blood pressure change should be taken for postpartum women with pregnancy-induced hypertension.
