精神分裂症患者产生孤独感的相关危险因素分析

目的探讨精神分裂症患者产生孤独感的相关危险因素,为精神分裂症患者孤独感的预防提供参考。方法对175例精神分裂症患者进行问卷调查,对精神分裂症患者产生孤独感的相关因素进行Logistic回归分析,筛选精神分裂症患者产生孤独感的危险因素。结果婚姻状况、家庭经济状况、住院环境、是否公费医疗、患者总病程、住院次数、发病情况、情感体验、受歧视经历是患者产生孤独感的主要影响因素;是否公费医疗、患者总病程、受歧视经历是产生孤独感的主要危险因素。结论无公费医疗、有受歧视经历和病程长的患者更易产生孤独感,采取积极有效的防治措施,能减少精神分裂症患者孤独感的发生。

Study on Risk factors of the Occurrence of Loneliness in Schizophrenic Patients

OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors of the occurrence of oneliness in schizophrenic patients and provide reference for preventing the occurrence of loneliness in schizophrenic patients. METHODS 175 cases of schizophrenic patients were studied, conducted questionnaire survey and analyzed on the risk factors of the occurrence of loneliness in schizophrenic patients by Logistic. RESULTS The marital status, family economic status, residential environment, public health services, total course, number of hospital, prevalence situation, emotional experience and experience of discrimination were the main factor of the occurrence of loneliness in schizophrenic patients; public health services, total course and experience of discrimination were the risk factors for the occurrence of loneliness in schizophrenic patients. CONCLUSION Patients with non-public health services, experience of discrimination and long course are more prone to loneliness. To take active and effective measures may reduce the incidence of loneliness in schizophrenic patients.
