桐乡市不同学习阶段学生负性生活事件比较

目的 比较桐乡市不同学习阶段学生的负性生活事件,为学生心理健康教育工作提供参考.方法 采用青少年生活事件量表对桐乡市6所学校1 120名学生施测,并进行统计学分析.结果 不同学段学生生活事件的发生数、应激总量、人际关系、学习压力、受惩罚和健康适应得分差异均有统计学意义(P值均＜0.01).小学生受惩罚因子得分高于初中、高中学生,高中学生生活事件发生数、应激总量、人际关系、学习压力和健康适应因子高于初中生和小学生.生活事件发生数、应激总量、受惩罚均为男生高于女生(P值均＜0.05),学习压力和人际关系女生均显著高于男生(P值均＜0.05).结论 不同学段以及不同性别学生生活事件各有其特点.应有针对性地进行心理卫生教育,提高学生的心理健康水平.

Comparative Analysis of Negative Life Events in Different Stages of Study among Students in Tongxiang

Objective To compare the negative life events of students in different stages of study in Tongxiang city,and to provide basis for the psychological health researches.Methods 1 120 students of different stages of study were tested with ASLEC and data were statistically analyzed.Results There was a great difference among scores of different stages of students in terms of life events occurence,stress quantity,personal relation,pressure of study,being punished and adapting to health(P<0.01).As for the scores of life events occurence,stress quantity,and being punished,those of male studnets were higher than female students(P<0.05).But as for the scores of pressure of study and personal relation,those of female students were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Studnets of different genders and different stages have different characters.Targeted phycological education should be used to improve the students' mental health level.
