| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨重症胰腺炎的ＣＴ定量诊断价值。方法：对４６例重症胰腺炎进行ＣＴ分类，评分及治疗后对比观察。结果：ＣＴ改变以胰腺肿大，实质内坏死，出血，积液，假囊肿及脓肿，以及胰外侵犯程度评分分四级。结论：重症胰腺炎ＣＴ分类，定量分析有助于临床治疗方法的选择及预后的估计

The Grave Pancreatitis:The Value of Classification and Quantitative Analysis by CT |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the quantitative diagnostic value of the grave pancreatitis by CT.Methods:The classification,marked and comparative analysis of pre and post-treatment of grave pancreatitis by CT were done.Results:According to the CT appearance including pancreatic tumefaction,necrosis of parenchyma,hemorrhage,effusion,pseudocyst,abscess,and extra-pancreas in volved by pancreatitis,grave pancreatitis could be divided into four stages.Conclusions:The classification and quantitative analysis of grave pancreatitis by CT is useful for clinical treatment and prognosis. |
