43例老年人后牙残根残冠塑化治疗后核冠修复近期疗效观察

目的：观察老年人后牙残根残冠塑化治疗后进行核冠修复的临床疗效。方法：对43例老年人后牙残根残冠在塑化治疗后应用根管螺纹钉形成桩核，然后再行金属铸造全冠或烤瓷全冠修复。结果：优31例，良8例，成功率90.7％；失败4例，占9.3％。结论：对不能进行根管治疗术的老年人后牙残根残冠，塑化治疗后应用核冠修复是保留患牙的好方法。

Making post crown with core after resinifying therapy on the distomolar residual root of the aged

Objective To observe the near term curative effect of making post crown with core after resinifying therapy on the distomolar residual root of the aged.Methods Form a post core with a screw post after resinifying therapy on the distomolar residual root,then make cast alloy crown or porcelain fused to metal crown.Results Among the total 43 cases,31 cases resulted in excellence,8 good,the percentage of success in 90 7,4 cases resulted in failure,which is 9 3 percent of the total cases.Conclusion For the aged whose distomolar residual roots can not be cured by root canal therapy,it is a good method to retain the trouble teeth by making post crown with core after resinifying therapy.
