干部病房护士心理健康状况调查分析与对策

目的探讨干部病房护士的心理健康状况,并提出应对策略。方法用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和应对方式的问卷随机对保定市5所综合性医院干部病房58名护士进行调查。结果干部病房护士的心理健康在躯体化、强迫及精神病性3项因子方面,都高于一般人群（P〈0.05）;其他6项因子方面与一般人群无明显差别（P〉0.05）。结论干部病房护士心理压力高于一般人群,心理状况差于普通人群,是承受高压力人群。管理者鼓励护士采取积极应对策略,将有利于改善及缓解护士心理压力,以保持良好的心理健康。

Investigation on Mental Health of Nurses in Cadre Ward and The Countermeasures

Objective]To evaluate the mental health of nurses in cadre ward,and put forward coping strategies.Methods]The SCL-90 and coping style questionnaire were used to randomly investigate 58 cadre ward nurses in 5 comprehensive hospitals of BaoDing City.Results]The mental health levels of cadre ward nurses were higher than general population in somatization,force,psychotic factor（ P 0. 05） . But there was no significant difference between nurses and general population in other 6 factors（ P 0. 05） .Conclusion]The mental pressure levels of cadre ward nurses are higher than that of general population. Their mental health status is poorer that they are population with high mental pressures. Managers should encourage nurses to take active coping strategies to relieve their mental pressures and keep good mental health.
