| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in sarcoidosis. Methods 50 patients with sarcoidosis were retrospectively analyzed and the positive rate of sarcoidosis was compared among transbronchial biopsy or transbronchial lung biopsy, transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA) and endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration(EBUS-TBNA). Results The positive rate of sarcoidosis confirmed by EBUS-TBNA and TBNA was 86.7% and 82.5%, and the positive rate of sarcoidosis confirmed by lung biopsy was 66.7%. Conclusions Fiberoptic bronchoscopy is an important means in the diagnosis of sarcoidosis. EBUS-TBNA and TBNA are safe and accurate. They have a higher value in the diagnosis of sarcoidosis. |
