肺癌是世界范围内癌症死亡的主要原因之一,阐明肺癌相关基因对于肺癌的诊断和治疗至关重要.鉴于缺氧诱导因子-1α和生存素与肺癌的发生发展紧密相关,本文主要就缺氧诱导因子-1α和生存素对肺癌发生、发展、转移及预后的作用予以阐明.

Abstract：

Lung cancer is one of the main cancer-related causes of death in the world. Clarifing lung cancer related genes is essential for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. In view of the close relationship of hypoxia inducible factor-1α and survivin with the development of lung cancer, this paper elucidates thc role of hypoxia inducible factor-1α and survivin in occurrence, development, metastasis and prognosis of lung cancer.
