摘    要:目的 探讨反思任务驱动教学法在骨科轮转护士带教中的应用与效果.方法 将骨科轮转护士46人按时间先后分为对照组(23人)和观察组(23人),分别采取传统带教法与反思任务驱动教学法带教.结果 观察组理论成绩、操作成绩、护理文件书写质量、患者满意度测评均显著优于对照组(均P<0.01).结论 应用反思任务驱动教学法带教,提高了轮转护士的工作整合能力和综合素质,也提高了带教老师的自身素质.
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of reflection task-driven teaching method on teaching rotating nurses in department of orthopaedics. Methods Forty six orthopedic rotation nurses were divided into the control group and the observation group averagely; the traditional teaching method and the reflection task-driven teaching method were applied respectively. Results The theory results, operation results, the quality of care and documentations writing, evaluation of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusions The application of reflection task-driven teaching method can not only improve rotation nurses'comprehensive ability and quality, but also the quality of teachers in their own.
