| Abstract: | Objective To explore the process of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with total hip replacement effect. Methods Total hip arthroplasty 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, each group had 50 cases. The control group was given the usual nursing, the intervention group was given progressive guide , interactive behavioral training and follow up after discharge until 3 months after surgery. The clinical rehabilitation results were compared. Results The urination, defecation,pressure ulcers, length of stay, functional recovery of hip joint were better in intervention group than those of the control group ( P ＜0. 05)Conclusions The nursing intervention program can significantly improve functional recovery after hip results, and reduce complications. |
