| 摘 要： | 继续教育是护理工作人员接受新知识、新技术最直接的方法。文章通过分析我国护理继续教育方式的现状，阐述我国护理继续教育方式存在的问题及影响因素，参考国外的继续教育方式，提出今后我国有效实施护理继续教育的方式。
