| 摘 要： | 目的观察甲氧氯普胺对偏头痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机单盲对照法,实验组102例,口服甲氧氯普胺10mg/次,3次/d;对照组97例,口服维生素B6,20mg/次,3次/d,均连服15d。疗效评定,分别于服药后第15d、第30d各1次。结果甲氧氯普胺组的治疗效果明显优于维生素B6组（P〈0.001）,无明显不良反应。结论甲氧氯普胺对偏头痛有肯定疗效,且不良反应小,安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of metoclopramide to treat migraine.Methods Random,single blind,method were used.Duration of treatment lasted 15 30 days the evaluation effectiveness was made.Results The treatment efficacy of group experiment was significantly better than that of the contral group(P<0.001),and the aversive responses were light.Conclusion Metoclopramide was the certainty effectiveness to treat migraine.Furthermore,less side effects,and more safety. |
