复合乳酸菌胶囊联合叶酸对小儿腹泻病肠道菌群、肠黏膜屏障功能影响

摘    要:目的:研究复合乳酸菌胶囊联合叶酸对小儿腹泻病肠道菌群、肠黏膜屏障功能影响。方法:选取我院2019年6月—2020年12月收治确诊为小儿腹泻病的患儿90例。按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组45例。对照组给予叶酸治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用复合乳酸菌胶囊。观察2组患儿疗效、肠道功能及肠道屏障功能。结果:观察组总有效率95.56%高于对照组总有效率82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患儿肠杆菌、双歧杆菌及乳杆菌水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后肠杆菌水平有所降低,双歧杆菌及乳杆菌水平均有所上升,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患儿乳脂球表皮生长因子-8(MFG-E8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及D-乳酸(D-LA)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后MFG-E8水平有所上升,TNF-α及D-LA水平均有所降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组脱水、腹泻及呕吐等临床症状改善时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)...

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of lactobacillus complex capsules combined with folic acid on the intestinal flora and intestinal mucosal barrier function of children with diarrhea.Methods:Ninety children diagnosed with pediatric diarrhea in the hospital were selected between June 2019 and December 2020.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given folic acid treatment,and the observation group was additionally given lactobacillus complex capsules on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,intestinal function and intestinal barrier function of the two groups of children were observed.Results:The total effective rate of 95.56%(43/45)in the observation group was higher than 82.22%(37/45)of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups of children in the levels of enterobacter,bifidobacteria and lactobacillus(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of enterobacter was decreased while the levels of bifidobacteria and lactobacillus were increased,and the levels of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the levels of milk globules epidermal growth factor-8(MFG-E8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and D-lactic acid(D-LA)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the level of MFG-E8 was increased while the levels of TNF-αand D-LA were decreased after treatment,and the levels were better in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement time of clinical symptoms such as dehydration,diarrhea and vomiting in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lactobacillus complex capsules combined with folic acid in the treatment of children with diarrhea can effectively improve the intestinal flora,strengthen the intestinal barrier function,and improve the curative effect.
