2020年内蒙古33个旗(县、区)妇幼健康服务水平综合评价——基于TOPSIS法结合RSR法

目的]综合评价2020年内蒙古旗(县、区)妇幼健康服务水平,为内蒙古妇幼相关政策制定和服务水平改善提供参考。方法]抽样选取内蒙古6个盟市33家县级妇幼保健机构进行问卷调查,采取TOPSIS和RSR相结合的方法对内蒙古县级妇幼健康服务水平进行综合评价并分档。结果]2020年内蒙古县级妇幼健康服务水平综合评价各档理论C;值均值分别为优秀0.8873、良好0.6801、一般0.4945、较差0.3240,优秀档是较差档的2.7倍。东部、中部、西部地区县级妇幼健康服务水平综合评价理论C;值均值分别为0.5163、0.6361和0.6989。结论]内蒙古县级妇幼保健服务水平总体良好,但东中西部县级妇幼健康服务水平存在差异:西部最优,中部次之,东部最差,县级妇幼健康部分服务有待加强。

Comprehensive evaluation of maternal and child health service level in 33 counties and districts of Inner Mongolia in 2020--Based on TOPSIS and RSR methods

Objective To comprehensively evaluate the level of maternal and child health services in Inner Mongolia in 2020 so as to provide reference for the formulation of maternal and child related policies and the improvement of service level in Inner Mongolia.Methods 33 county-level maternal and child health care institutions in 6 league cities of Inner Mongolia were sampled to conduct a questionnaire survey.TOPSIS and RSR were used to comprehensively evaluate and classify the level of maternal and child health care services in Inner Mongolia.Results In 2020,the average theoretical C;values of the comprehensive evaluation of maternal and child health service level in Inner Mongolia were excellent 0.8873,good 0.6801,general 0.4945 and poor 0.3240 respectively,and the excellent grade was 2.7 times higher than the poor grade.The mean C;values of comprehensive evaluation theory in eastern,central and western regions was 0.5163,0.6361 and 0.6989,respectively.Conclusions The level of maternal and child health services in Inner Mongolia is generally good,but there are differences in the level of maternal and child health services in the east,the middle and the west,the west is the best,the middle is the second,the east is the worst,the health of maternal and child health services need to be strengthened.
