| 摘 要： | 加强党务干部队伍建设是新时期全面加强公立医院党建的基础,针对公立医院党的建设和党务干部队伍建设面临的突出问题,阐述了加强专职党务干部队伍建设的做法与经验、在积极探索党建与业务深度融合机制中形成的特点和产生的效果,并提出问题与思考.
