| 摘 要： | 继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(SHPT)是慢性肾脏病（CKD）患者最常见的并发症之一，是肾性骨病的重要原因，也是加速CKD病程进展和增加病死率的重要合并症。严重的SHPT是临床医生面临的难题，也是近年来研究的热点。本文综述了CKD导致SHPT的治疗新进展。

| Abstract: | Secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) is one of the most common complications in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), which is one of the major reasons for renal osteodystrophy, and is an important complication that accelerates CKD progression and increases mortality. It is not only an intractable problem in clinic work, but also a hot topic in current research. This paper reviews the current progression in the treatment of SHPT caused by CKD. |
