| 摘 要： | 中医学认为肾虚是骨质疏松症的主要病因，中医药在治疗该病中占有重要地位。近年来，运用骨质疏松症易感基因的调控机理来探讨中医药防治该病的机制是当前的研究热点之一。笔者主要从骨质疏松易感基因方面对中医药防治骨质疏松的机制做一综述。

| Abstract: | In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) , kidney deficiency is the main cause of osteoporosis.TCM plays an important role in the treatment of this disease.In recent years, using the regulation mechanism of osteoporosis-related genes in exploring the mechanism of TCM in preventing and treating this disease is one of the hot research topics.This paper reviews the mechanism of TCM in preventing and treating osteoporosis mainly from the aspect of osteoporosis-related genes. |
