前置胎盘72例期待疗法的护理干预效果观察

目的：观察护理干预在前置胎盘期待疗法中的临床效果，为临床上广泛应用提供客观依据。方法：将72例前置胎盘期待疗法患者随机分为两组：干预组（38例）除了给予常规的基础护理外，还采用心理疗法、营养护理、健康教育疏导、病情观察、药物治疗、产时及产后护理等，对照组（34例）只采用基础护理。比较干预组和对照组患者在妊娠结局治疗效果的差异。结果：干预组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，干预组患者及新生儿的状况都优于对照组。两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：护理干预在前置胎盘期待疗法的治疗过程中效果显著，获得了患者的满意，值得在临床上广泛应用。

Objective： To observe the nursing intervention in placenta praevia look forward to the clinical effects of therapy for clinical provide an objective basis for a wider application. Methods： 72 cases of placenta previa looking forward to therapy were randomly divided into two groups： the intervention group （38 cases） In addition to providing routine primary care, but also the use of psychological therapy, nutrition care, health education and persuasion, the condition observation, medical treatment, production during and post-natal care in the control group （34 cases） using only primary care. Then the differences intervention and control groups in the pregnancy outcome in patients with treatment were compared. Results： The intervention group was significantly better than the therapeutic effect of the control group, intervention group patients and newborn conditions were better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The nursing intervention therapy in the treatment of placenta previa during the expected results are obvious, access to the patient＇s satisfaction, should be widely used in clinical practice.
