| 摘 要： | 目的探讨p53和bcl-2在前列腺癌的表达和其与病理学分级、临床分期及预后的关系.方法采用免疫组化的方法检测51例前列腺癌中这两种蛋白的表达.结果本研究显示p53和bcl-2在前列腺癌的阳性表达率分别为31.37%和21.57%.两种蛋白的表达与其肿瘤的分级和分期呈正相关(P＜0.05).p53蛋白的表达尚与病人的生存期有关.p53和bcl-2表达之间存在相关性(P＜0.05).结论本文提示,p53和bcl-2的表达结果有助于对前列腺癌的分级、分期和预后的判断.

| Abstract: | Purpose To study the expression of p53 protein and bcl 2 in prostatic carcinoma and significance of this tumor. Method Immunohistochemical stainig method was used to evaluate the positivity of p53 and bcl 2 in 51 cases of prostatic carcinoma. Results The postive rates of p53 protein and bcl 2 expression wrer found 31.37%and 21.57%respectively.Expression of the two protiens showed positive correlation with grade and stage of this tumor( P <0.05).Expression of p53 protein correlated with survival time of these patients.There was relation between p53 and bcl 2( P<0.05 ). Conclusion Expression of p53 and bcl 2 may be helpful to evaluate of grading,staging and prognosis of prostatic carcinoma. |
