| 摘 要： | 目的:观察甘乐对酒精性肝病的疗效和安全性。方法:将临床确诊的112例住院患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例给予甘乐注射液80 mg/d静点;对照组52例给予水溶性维生素0.5 g、15种氨基酸250 ml及门冬氨酸钾镁20 ml/d静点,疗程均为30 d。结果:治疗组显效率(71.7％)及总有效率(93.3％)明显高于对照组(40.4％;76.9％)(P<0.01;P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:甘乐治疗酒精性肝病有良好疗效且安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects and the reliability of Canle on alcoholic liver disease (ALD). Methods:112 in-patients having finally clinical diagnosis were divided into two groups randomly. 60 in-patients of therapeutic group were given Canle injection 80mg while 52 in-patients of control group were given water-soluble vitamin 0.5g, 15 kinds of amino acids 250ml and potassium magnessium aspartate 20ml with intravenous drip everyday. The average course was 30 days. Results;The complete effective rate in therapeutic group(71.7% ) and the total effective rate (93. 3% ) were significantly higher than that in control group (40. 4% , 76. 9% ) ( P < 0.01, P < 0.05).There was no transparent ill effect in these two groups. Conclusion: Canle has both satisfactory therapeutic effects and reliability on ALD. |
