小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术后视力的临床分析

目的对小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术后影响患者视力的因素进行研究。方法对我院近年行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术的80例92只眼,两组患者术前/术后随访1年的资料进行回顾性分析。A组40例45只眼挑选为年龄低于75岁,生物测量准确,手术质量较高,术前散光小,无其他眼部及全身疾病。B组40例47只眼为随机挑选的白内障手术的患者。结果两组术后1、3、6、12个月术眼的裸眼视力的统计结果有显著性差异(P<0.05),A组患者术后视力明显高于B组。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术后的视力与患者术前、术中及术后的多方面因素有关。

Clinical Analysis of Small Incision Non Phacoemulsification Cataract Extraction and Intraocular Lens Implantation Postoperative Visual Acuity

Objective To study of the small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction and factors after IOL implantation in patients with visual acuity effects of research. Methods in recent years,underwent small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction and IOL implantation in 80 eyes of 92 patients, two patients were group pre / postoperative 1-year follow-up data were retrospectively analyzed. Group A： 40 eyes of 45 patients selected for age below 75 years old, biological measurement accuracy, high quality of surgery,preoperative astigmatism is small, no other ocular and systemicdiseases. B group of 40 eyes of 47 patients was randomly selected cataract surgery patients. Results After operation 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, 2 sets of statistics eye uncorrected visual acuity results there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）, A group of patients postoperative visual acuity was significantly higher than group B. Conclusion Small incision non vision and multifactors in patients undergoing phacoemulsification cataract extraction and IOL implantation before, during and after the operation of the relevant.
