着衣测量右上肢肱动脉血压的探讨

目的探讨着衣对测量右上肢肱动脉血压的影响。方法将200例健康青年随机分为两组,实验组右上肢着一厚度<0.5 cm的衣袖,对照组裸露,分别测量右上肢肱动脉血压。结果实验组与对照组测量的收缩压分别为(113.6±3.5)mm Hg和(112±2.6)mm Hg,舒张压分别为(73.2±2.9)mm Hg和(72±2.1)mm Hg,无显著性差异。结论对无血压异常病史的患者测量血压时,可以隔一厚度<0.5 cm的衣袖绕袖带进行测量。

Research about the Determination of the Blood Pressure of the Right Upper Limb with Clothing

Objective To investigate the influence on the blood pressure of the right upper limb when measuring with clothing. Methods Two hundred healthy younger were randomly divided into experimental group and control group respectively, and the data of the blood pressure of the right upper limb were compared between the two groups. Results The data of the systolic and diastolic blood pressure for the experimental group were about（113.6±3.5）rnm Hg and （73.2 ±2.9）mm Hg, and those for the control were（112±2.6）mm Hg and （72±2.1） mm Hg, respectively. No significant changes were observed. Conclusion Blood pressure can be determined with clothing for the patients who have no abnormal blood pressure history.
