阿昔洛韦规范注射对减少药物不良反应的影响

目的探讨阿昔洛韦规范注射对减少药物不良反应的效果。方法回顾性分析研究2012年40例静脉使用阿昔洛韦患者发生药物不良反应的类型和原因;2013年1月后规范阿昔洛韦静脉用药方法如严格掌握临床用药指征,禁止超适应证用药,注意给药浓度、速度、给药次数及用药后水化治疗,避免与其他肾毒性药物配伍使用等,比较两组患者使用阿昔洛韦致不良反应的发生率。结果干预组患者药物不良反应发生率较对照组明显下降(χ2=4.02,P<0.05)。结论对医务人员加强临床合理使用抗病毒药物的教育与宣传,正确规范注射阿昔洛韦,可避免或减少ADR的发生,促进临床用药安全。

Standardize the Injection of Acyclovir to Reduce the Influence of Adverse Drug Reactions

Objective To explore the effect of standardizing the injection of acyclovir to reduce the influence of adverse drug reactions. Methods To analysis retrospectively the type and the causes of adverse drug reactions for 40 using acyclovir patients in 2012. Standardizing the injection of acyclovir Strictly after January 2013 such as： grasping the indications, clinical application; avoiding other renal toxicity of drug compatibility, etc. To compare two groups of patients with acyclovir to the incidence of adverse reactions. Results It decreased significantly that intervention group patients the incidence of adverse drug reactions than the control group（χ^2=4.02, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical rational use of antiviral drugs for medical workers to strengthen education and publicity, the right standard injection of acyclovir, can avoid or reduce the occurrence of ADR and promote clinical medication safety.
