晨会培训在护理管理中的实践探析

目的对应用晨会培训方式对病房护理人员实施护理管理的临床效果进行研究。方法将我院工作的病房护理人员76例随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组38例。采用常规培训模式对对照组护理人员实施管理;在常规模式基础上增加晨会培训模式对观察组护理人员进行管理。结果观察组护理人员培训前后业务理论考核和业务操作考核评分的改善幅度明显大于对照组;患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组;不良事件的发生率明显低于对照组。结论应用晨会培训方式对病房护理人员实施护理管理的临床效果非常明显。

Analysis on the Practice of the Morning Training in Nursing Management

Objective To Apply morning training implementation of clinical effect of nursing management of ward nursing personnel to carry out research. Methods The nursing staff in our hospital work in 76 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each an average of 38 cases. The training mode of control group the implementation of nursingmanagement; increase in the conventional mode morning training pattern to carry on the management to the observation group nurses. Results The observation group nurses before and after training business theory examination and operation evaluation score improved significantly more thanthe control group; the patients satisfaction with nursing service was significantly higher than the control group; the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion The application of the morning training way to ward the implementation of clinical nursing effect of nursingmanagement is very obvious.
