老年腹股沟疝应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的治疗体会

目的探讨老年男性腹股沟疝患者应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗的手术方法,总结其经验。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2014年6月48例应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗的老年男性腹股沟疝患者的临床资料。结果 48例患者手术均顺利完成,手术时间28⁶8min,平均44.5 min,平均术后下床活动时间16.5 h,术后10例出现尿潴留,无其他并发症,平均住院时间6.0 d,均痊愈出院,随访568min,平均44.5 min,平均术后下床活动时间16.5 h,术后10例出现尿潴留,无其他并发症,平均住院时间6.0 d,均痊愈出院,随访5¹2个月,未发现复发病例。结论老年男性腹股沟疝应用疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗手术操作简便、患者创伤小、并发症少、术后复发率低、临床疗效好,值得临床推广应用。

Treatment Experience of Elderly Inguinal Hernia Hernia Ring Filling Tension-free Hernia Repair

Objective To explore the operation method of the elderly male patients with inguinal hernia hernia ring filling tension-flee hernia repair treatment, sum up its experience. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data in 2010 January -2014 year in June 48 cases of hernia ring filling tension-flee hernia repair in treatment of inguinal hemia in aged men. Results 48 patients were successfully completed, operation time 28-68 rnin, average 44.5 min, the average postoperative ambulation time 16.5 h, postoperative urinary retention occurred in 10 cases, no other complications, average hospital stay was 6 days, were cured and followed up for 5-12 months, not found in complex cases. Conclusion Elderly male inguinal hernia hemia ring filling tension-free repair in the treatment of patients with easy operation, small trauma, fewer complications and lower recurrence rate, clinical etficacy, is worthy of clinical application.
