骨高度不足后牙区植入Bicon短种植体的临床疗效观察

目的探究患者骨高度不足后牙区植入Bicon短种植体临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2012年1月至2013年1月接收的110例种植治疗患者为研究对象,110例牙区骨高度不足患者一共植入150颗Bicon短种植体,3⁶个月之后进行义齿修复同时对修复疗效进行评价。结果随访66个月之后进行义齿修复同时对修复疗效进行评价。结果随访6¹2个月,每个月一次,150颗种植体骨结合恢复效果良好,并完成义齿修复;经过义齿修复,除去1例患者种植体周围炎导致其松动二拔除之外,其他修复效果获得患者的满意,种植修复成功率达到99.4%。结论采用Bicon短种植体对后牙区牙槽骨高度不足患者进行种植修复治疗,成功率比较高、修复效果良好。

Lack of Clinical Efficacy of Bone Height Posterior Region of the Implantation of Bicon Implant Short Observation

Objective To explore the bone height deficiency in patients with clinical effect of the treatment of posterior area Bicon short implant implantation. Methods Selected in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013, 110 patients received implant treatment patients as the research object, 110 cases of dental bone height insufficiency patients were implanted in 150 Bicon short implant, 3-6 months after denture restoration and to evaluate the repah＂ effect. Results Followed up for 6-12 months, once a month, 150 implant osseointegration recovery effect is good, and complete denture; denture removal after, 1 patients with implant loosening caused the two extraction, other repair effect to obtain patient satisfaction, implant success rate reached 99.4%. Conclusion Using Bicon short implant on oosterior area height of alveolar bone insufficiency patients implant treatment, the success rate is relatively high, good restoration effect.
