冰水漱口预防乳腺癌化疗口腔溃疡的临床研究

目的探讨冰水漱口对乳腺癌化疗患者口腔溃疡的预防作用。方法 2012年6月至2013年12月期间我院收治的乳腺癌化疗患者258例,随机分为短时冰水漱口组83例;持续冰水漱口组67例;空白对照组108例。研究3组患者口腔溃疡发生率及构成情况。结果短时冰水漱口组及持续冰水漱口组患者较空白对照组患者口腔溃疡发生率低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);短时冰水漱口组与持续冰水漱口组口腔溃疡发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者化疗药物输注当天冰水漱口可有效预防化疗所致口腔溃疡,经济、有效、患者依从性高,值得在临床推广应用。

To Explore the Clinical Valve of ice Water Gargling on Prevention of Oral Ulcer Reduced by Chemotherapy in Breast Cancer Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of ice water gargling on prevention of oral ulcer reduced by chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. Methods 258 cases of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in our hospital during the period from June 2012 to December 2013, were randomly divided into short-term ice water gargling group 83 cases; continuous ice water gargling group 67 cases; blank control group, 108 cases. Research the incidence and composition of oral ulcer on three groups of patients. Results Short-term ice water gargling group and continuous ice water gargling group have a lower incidence of oral ulcer than control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Between short-term and continuous water gargling group, there was no significant difference in the incidence of oral ulcer（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Breast cancer patients using ice water gargling during the day infusing chemotherapy drugs can effectively prevent the incidence of oral ulcer, this methods has advantage of economical, effective, and high patient compliance, it is worth popularizing in clinical.
