腹部B超联合阴道B超诊断妇产科急腹症的应用价值

目的研究探讨腹部B超联合阴道B超在妇产科急腹症诊断中的应用价值。方法选取妇科急腹症患者135例,分别采取腹部B超及阴道B超检查对135例患者进行诊断,同时结合两种B超检查结果,对135例患者进行综合诊断,比较分析三种诊断的准确性。结果腹部B超检查的确诊率为77.04%,阴道B超检查的确诊率为87.41%,联合检查的确诊率为96.30%,明显高于腹部B超检查及阴道B超检查的确诊率。结论采用腹部B超联合阴道B超诊断妇产科急腹症,可以有效减少误诊或漏诊,提高诊断的准确率,值得进行推广应用。

Abdominal B Ultrasound Combined with Vaginal Ultrasound Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen Value of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Objective To study the application value of combined transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in gynecology and obstetrics. Methods 135 patients with gynecological acute abdomen, abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasonography were taken to check for diagnosis in 135 patients, with two kinds of B ultrasonic examination results, a comprehensive diagnosis in 135 patients, a comparative analysis of three kinds of diagnostic accuracy. Results The abdominal ultrasonography diagnosis rate was 77.04%, vaginal B-ultrasound diagnosis rate was 87.41%, the joint inspection diagnosis rate was 96.30%, significantly higher than the abdominal ultrasonography and vaginal ultrasonography diagnosis rate. Conclusion Using abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen, can effectively reduce the misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis and improve the accuracy of diagnosis, and is worth being popularized.
