| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸配合中药治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将198例神经根型颈椎病患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各99例。对照组单纯进行针灸治疗,研究组患者在此基础上加用中药复方,两组均以10 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。结果研究组临床总有效率为90.91%,显著高于对照组的69.70%(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合中药治疗神经根型颈椎病,能提高患者临床疗效,疗效确切,值得在临床进行推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture for treatment of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy. Methods 198 cases with cervical spondylosis radiculopathy were divided into study group and control group, 99 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture; the patients in study group were treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatment for 20 d. Results In the observation group, the clinical total effective rate was 90.91%, significantly higher than that in control group 69.70% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy, can improve the clinical efficacy, worthy of clinical popularization. |
