血清miR-155在COPD患者检测中的临床意义

摘    要:目的研究血清miR-155与COPD患者血清炎性因子和反映COPD疾病严重程度的肺功能指标的相关性,明确血清miR-155在COPD患者中临床意义。方法 COPD患者入选78例,其中根据病情分为2组:稳定期组和急性加重期组,其中稳定期组41例,急性加重期组37例。另选取健康对照组30例。检测血清miR-155的表达水平,比较各组上述指标的差异;分析血清miR-155水平与肺功能的相关性。结果正常对照组miR-155血清中相对于U6内参的表达为(8.31±2.67)×10-6;而在COPD稳定期组患者血清中的表达为(2.41±1.67)×10-5,显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);在COPD急性加重期患者血清中的表达为(5.21±1.87)×10-5,显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)和COPD稳定期组患者(P<0.05)。结论血清miR-155表达水平与COPD患者的急性期发作、气道阻塞的程度及疾病的进展有关。

The Clinical Significance of Serum miR-155 in the Detection of Patients with COPD

Abstract:Objective To study the senma miR-155 in patients with COPD serum inflammatory factors and reflect the severity of pulmonary disease COPD relevance indicators, clear clinical significance of serum miR-155 in patients with COPD. Methods COPD patients were enrolled in 78 cases, of which the condition of patients divided into two groups: stable and acute exacerbation of the group, 41 eases in which the stability of the group, 37 cases of acute exacerbation group. Another group of 30 healthy controls selected. The expression levels of serum miR-155, and compare these indicators in each group differences; analysis of serum miR-155 levels and lung function correlation. Results Normal control group miR-155 expression in serum U6 internal reference with respect to (8.31±2.67)× 10^-6; while expression in the serum of patients with stable COPD group was (2.41±1.67)× 10^-5, significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05); expression in the serum of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD in the range of (5.21±1.87)× 10^-5, significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05) and stable COPD patients (P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum miR-155 expression levels in patients with acute exacerbation of CO PD, the degree of progress airway obstruction and disease.
