心力衰竭患者常规治疗基础上应用硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗的效果观察

目的研究心力衰竭患者常规治疗基础上硝普钠联合多巴胺的疗效。方法选取我院收治的96例心力衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗。对照组采用常规药物治疗,对比两组疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,且收缩压、舒张压、心率、呼吸、肌酐改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗心力衰竭效果显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

The Observed of Therapy Effect in Patients with Heart Failure Based on Regular Treatment combined Sodium Nitrate with Dopamine

Objeetive To study the patients with heart failure based on conventional treatment the curative effect of sodium nitrate tome combined dopamine, Methods Select our hospital 96 cases of patients with heart failure, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated with sodium nitrate tome combined dopamine. The control group using conventional drug treatment, compared two groups of curative effect. Results The total effective rate in treatment group than the control group, and the systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, breathing, creatinine improvement were better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using sodium nitrate tome combined dopamine has the significant effect of heart failure, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
