门诊西药房药品管理与发放的体会

目的对门诊西药房药品的管理和发放进行探究分析。方法将2011年9月至2013年9月我院门诊西药房实施的数字化药品管理作为观察组,并将2009年9月至2011年8月未实施的数字化药品管理作为对照组。结果观察组患者的取药时间和药品盘点时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的账目相符率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的药品报损率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在门诊西药房实施药品管理,能够有效保障患者用药的安全性,并将药学服务充分发挥出来。

Outpatient Pharmacy and Medicine Management Experience

Objective To examine of face each other pharmacy drug management and issue to explore the analysis. Methods The digitized drug management in our hospital pharmacy practice in September 2011-September 2013 as the observation group, and the digital management of drugs in September 2009-August 2011 was not implemented as control group. Results In the observation group, the time of taking the medicine and drug stocktaking time was shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）; in the observation group accounts was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）; to observe the drug loss groups of patients was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of drug management in the pharmacy, can effectively guarantee the safety in patients with medication and pharmacy services, and give full play.
