微型钛板内固定治疗下颌骨骨折42例临床观察

目的观察微型钛板用于内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的效果。方法选取2009年1月至2012年12月我院收治的42例下颌骨骨折的患者为观察对象,行切开复位术后采取微型钛板固定。按期行X线复查,术后定期随访。结果患者于手术治疗后1、3个月和6个月时,分别有8、40例和52例咬功能恢复正常,41例患者创口基本于Ⅰ期痊愈。结论微型钛板用于内固定以治疗下颌骨骨折有明确疗效,患者术后咬功能恢复良好。

Clinical Observation on Miniature Titanium Plate Internal Fixtion in Patients with Mandibular Fractures

Objectlve To investigate the application effect on miniature titanium plate internal fixation in patients with mandibular fractures. Methods Fifty- four patients with mandibular fractures who were treated by miniature titanium plate internal fixtion in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2012 were chosen as the research object, the situation after postoperative wound healing were observed, postoperative infection and occlusal function recovery were compared. Results The normal occlusal function recovery after one month, three months, six months were eight cases, thirty-one cases and fortyone cases, respectively. Forty-one cases were basic in healing wounds after six months. Conclusion The miniature titanium plate internal fixtion can obtain satisfactory curative effect for patients with mandbar fractures, occlusal function of patients with postoperative recover well.
