重组人生长激素治疗心脏术后疲倦综合征效果观察

目的：探讨重组人生长激素改善心脏术后病人疲倦综合征的疗效。方法：将行体外循环下心脏直视手术的72例心脏病病人随机分为观察组和对照组各36例，观察组于手术当日至手术后7d应用重组人生长激素，对照组行常规处理，观察两组尿中尿素氮（UUN），血清蛋白及生长激素（GH），术后疲倦综合征（POFS）记分，结果：两组上述指标比较，均P＜0．05或P＜0．01，差异有显著性意义或极显著性意义。结论：重组人生长激素能减轻术后疲倦综合征程度和缩短持续时间。

Therapeutic Effects of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone in the Treatment of Exhaustion Syndrome Following Cardiac Surgery

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) in the treatment of exhaustion syndrome following cardiac surgery.Methods Seventy two cases receiving open heart surgery under cardio pulmonary bypass were randomly divided into two groups equally: observation group was treated with rhGH from the day of operation to the postoperative day 7 and control group received routine treatment. The urine UN, blood albumin and GH, body weight and arm circumference, and POFS score in the two groups were observed. Results There was significant or very significant difference in the above parameters between the two groups ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusion rhGH could alleviate the severity of postoperative exhaustion syndrome and shorten the sustaining time.
