摘    要:目的用HPLC法测定众生丸中三种苷类成份的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法对众生丸中三种苷类进行含量测定,检测波长为230nm,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇-0.4%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0min/mL,柱温为35℃。结果芍药苷进样量在0.1542μg~2.8384μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.82%,RSD为0.99%(n=6);虎杖苷进样量在0.0976μg~1.5920μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.44%,RSD为1.31%(n=6);黄芩苷进样量在0.7692μg~11.5380μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.79%,RSD为1.75%(n=6)。结论该法简便准确,重现性好,专属性强,可作为该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To determine the three Glycosides in traditional Chinese medicine Zhongsheng Wan by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic conditions included Kromasil C_(18) column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) and the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol- 0.4 %phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at 35 ℃. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was from 0.154 2 μg to 2.838 4 μg, and the average recovery was 97.82 %(RSD=0.99 %, n=6) . Piceid showed good linearity in the range of 0.097 6~1.592 0 μg, and the average recovery was 97.44 %(RSD=1.31 %, n=6). Baicalin showed good linearity in the range of 0.769 2~ 11.538 0μg, and the average recovery was 99.79 %(RSD=1.75 %, n=6). Conclusion This method is simple and reproducible, and can serve as the standard for controlling the quality of Zhongsheng Wan.
