| 摘 要： | 目的观察星状神经节阻滞疗法治疗2型糖尿病合并周围性面神经麻痹的效果。方法采用患侧星状神经节阻滞疗法治疗周围性面神经麻痹患者17例,观察其疗效并与20例常规治疗者比较。结果星状神经节阻滞组痊愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节阻滞可有效治疗2型糖尿病合并周围性面神经麻痹。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of stellate ganglion block in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 17 diabetic patients with peripheral facial paralysis were treated by routine therapy plus stellate ganglion block and compared to 20 diabetic patients with peripheral facial paralysis in control group treated with routine therapy.ResultsThe curative rate in stellate ganglion block group was significantly higher than in control group(P <0.05).ConclusionStellate ganglion block is an effective method for type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral facial paralysis. |
