鼻内镜下鼻窦鼻中隔同期手术填塞物的应用

目的探讨经济、有效、可减轻患者痛苦的鼻内镜术后鼻腔填塞材料的选择应用。方法将100例鼻窦鼻中隔同期鼻内镜手术进行比较，患者分为A、B两组，A组50例应用s-100吸收性止血绫配合指套填塞，与单纯用碘仿纱条填塞的B组50例患者比较分析。结果应用s-100吸收性止血绫配合指套填塞效果好，患者鼻腔疼痛及头痛较轻、术后鼻腔反应轻、术腔愈合较快、鼻腔通气改善快，两组各项结果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论s-100吸收性止血绫配合填塞指套应用于鼻窦鼻中隔同期手术鼻腔填塞是一种经济、有效的手术后填塞物，可减轻患者痛苦，促进术腔愈合。

Nasal packing material used in the endoscopic sinus and nasal septum surgery

Objective To find out an effective and economic nasal packing material in endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods All patients were divided into two groups according to the packs they used after endoscopic sinus and nasal septum surgery: group A (n=50,s-100 absorbable haemostasis silk combined with finger cap) and group B (n=50,iodoform gauze only).The clinical data were compared and analyzed.Results Group A had a better nasal packing effect with rapider recovery and less suffering and response.There was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion s-100 absorbable haemostasis silk combined with finger cap is a satisfactory and economic nasal packing material in the endoscopic sinus nasal septum surgery,which can relieve suffering and promote healing.
