| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺炎支原体肺炎（Mycoplasma pneumoniae Pneumonia,MPP）患儿血清免疫球蛋白（Ig）、免疫复合物（IC）和补体（C）成分含量变化及在发病机制中的作用。方法采用手动速率散射比浊法和聚乙二醇沉淀比浊法对MPP患儿及正常对照组血清IgG、IgA、Ig M、IC和补体C1q、C4、C3、B因子含量进行检测。结果 MPP患儿急性期和恢复期血清IgG、IgM、IC、C1q、C4、C3、B因子含量均明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）。MPP重症组血清IgG、IgA、IC、C1q、C4、C3含量明显高于轻症组（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论 MPP患儿体液免疫活性变化在MPP发病机制中起重要作用,对判定病情程度有实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes in component of serum immunoglobulin(Ig),immune complex(IC),complement(C) and its effect in pathogenesis in children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP).Methods The levels of serum IgG,IgA,IgM,ICand C1q,C4,C3 and B factor were detected in patient with MPP and in normal control group.Results The levels of serum IgG,IgM,IC and C1q,C4 and C3 in severe group were higher than those in mild group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The change of activity of homoral immunity was important ... |
