| 摘 要： | 目的为了加强电子病案信息安全管理,加快《电子签名法》在医疗卫生领域的落实。方法初步探讨基于RSA的有序多重数字签名在电子病案中的实现与应用。结果通过这种应用,保证了电子病案的安全与可靠,为电子病案的生成、保存、管理和调用提供了安全保障机制。结论为电子病案与纸质病案具有相同的法律效力,提供了技术上的可能;为有效解决医疗纠纷提供合法的证据支持。 |
