| 摘 要： | 目的观察乳腺癌术后化疗配合中药天芝草胶囊的减毒增效作用。方法 66例乳腺癌根治术后患者随机分成治疗组31例和对照组35例,对照组采用CAF及TA化疗方案,治疗组化疗同时合用天芝草胶囊口服,观察治疗前后恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制情况,对患者进行生活质量评分。结果治疗组在治疗中骨髓抑制及恶心呕吐发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,生存质量改善稳定率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论中药天芝草胶囊对乳腺癌术后化疗有减毒增效的作用。
